Made up of two mates, Ray and Joe, have been playing in live bands together for over 15 years. Since Sandy Feet started in a garage in April 2014 the duo has continually grown and gained popularity, supporting names such as Daryl Brathwaite, Dragon and 1927, and playing weddings almost every month since 2016.
Ray and Joe’s love for music of many genres has contributed to them forming a set list of songs that is widely varied. From chill, indie, and melodic punk roots, to the rock classics, 50’s-today pop, hip-hop and ballads. With over 80 songs in the song catalogue and no specific set list for each gig, it allowed Sandy Feet to read the room and play to the vibe. Sandy Feet also specialise in learning that one special song for your walk down the aisle or your first dance.
What started as a duo that only played acoustic guitar and cajon, has grown with the addition of Ray’s looping pedal, electric and bass guitar, and Joe’s digital drum pad, djembe and bongos. This allows Sandy Feet to produce a full band sound, all created live by only two people. With the addition of Djing Sandy Feet has your full day covered from acoustic ceremony, to band and Djing for the reception and long into the night.
